Review : This is absolutey an awesome pan, and when you factor the price, its a steal. The Quantanium nonstick coating allows you to saute, with no worries about sticking, or scorching. If you want to finish off a dish in the broiler or oven,its oven safe up to 500 degrees. The riveted stay-cool steel handle allows you to handle the pot while cooking without a potholder, wich is nice if you like to make quick sauces or gravies and pour it right onto food on the plate, also never worry about the handle getting lose. And also while cooking you dont have to open the pot to monitor food, and lose steam or heat due to the break-resistant tempered glass lid. Perfect Perfect Perfect pot.
