Review : What can I say, I use every piece of it pretty much every day! I always thought Le Creuset was overpriced and a waste. Then my friend had me use hers when we did a traditional Thanksgiving last year, and I've been desperate to own some ever since.Thank you Pam and Amazon.com for showing me the best way to cook, with enameled cast iron. I'm phaasing old the old pots and cooking with ease these days using my new Le Creuset! I even used the 2qt. casserole dish on the stovetop to deep fry donuts when we were in a pinch the other night. It worked flawlessly, and the heat retention helped alot with the deep frying.
