Awesome Earphones...if used properly (Rating: 5.00)
Review : I found the Apple In ear headphones far superior to the stock iPod earphones. I have own in-ear earphones in the past and in many cases the user is at fault when if doesn't sound to par. Of course people typically blame the product. Typical complaints are:

1. It doesn't sound loud but rather tiny
2. They don't have any bass
3 They don't have any depth

How you wear them will made or break you opinion of these products. Unforunately, apple dropped the ball on providing instructions on how to properly wear the earphones so if you follow these instructions below, I assure you they WILL sound much better than the stock earphones. An acoustic seal is the target of all isolation earphones. When an acoustic seal is achieved, sound projected into your ears by earbuds cannot escape and is channeled directly toward your eardrums, while disturbing external noise has no way of getting in. Acoustic seals are air-tight, so when you've got it right, you can feel the difference: pulling gently on an acoustically-sealed earbud will create a gentle tugging sensation inside your ear canal.

There is a knack to getting the earplug inserted deep enough in the ear canal to achieve a good seal.

As with noise suppression earplugs, you have to open up the ear canal by pulling upwards and outwards on the fleshy outer part of your ear (the Scapha).
The easiest way is to reach over the top of your head with your opposite hand, gripping your outer ear just above the mid-point, and pull upwards and outwards while inserting the earplug into your ear.

Disappointed (Rating: 2.00)
Review : If you like the slightest bit of bass in your music, DO NOT purchase these earbuds. My ipod now sounds like a cheap, battery powered, one speakered AM radio. Each of my ears gave them a star for the comfort factor. That's the only good thing I can say about these overpriced headphones.

There OK (Rating: 2.00)
Review : well the sound is clear and pretty-comfortble, but if you have a ipod and the headphones that came w/ it are a hole lot better, The "IN-ear headphones" dont have bass, only a little bit of bass, so it would rate the "IN-ear headphones" 2 out of 5 and the ones that came with the ipod 5 out of 5 (they are just a little big or small (differs on ear size) (of course). so dont get them, if you dont care about bass and all that junt then i guess u might want then

Disregard Disappointment (Rating: 5.00)
Review : Okay after reading reviews on another web site, I decided to give these another try. I must say they are a bit tricky to get in your ears, as you must pull back the top of your ear away from your head and "seal" the plugs in. After this is achieved, the result is astounding. No "tinny" sounds and a lot more bass. MUCH better than the original plugs you get with your ipod. Outside noise is eliminated almost completely, which means you don't have to "up" your volume as much for these. And they didn't fall out as I cycled this morning, so that's another plus.

I finally got it right (Rating: 4.00)
Review : I confess it took me a while to get the hang of these little guys, that's why I'm giving them 4 stars only. Having tried my friends original headphones and realizing they were very unconfortable and actually hurt my ears after wearing them for a while, I decided to buy the in-ear Apple headphones when I first got my ipod. At first I tried the medium and the small ear caps since I don't have particularly big ears, but as it has been mentioned before I only managed to get them stay into place when I wasn't moving, excercising or chewing! To my surprise when I tried the large size caps they stayed in my ears even when jogging! What a delight! I'm no sound electronics expert or anything, just a regular music lover, and I must say that with these headphones I have discovered sounds in my favourite songs that I didn't even know were there! A little tricky at first but in the end, a satisfying purchase.
