9+ years of good use. (Rating: ) Review : I have been using the airbake cookie sheets for over 9 years now and I have never had problems with anything sticking and being hard to clean. These are not non stick so you need to use a spray and let the oven preheat to get even baking. I make about 6 dozen of cookies for the holidays and these are the only sheets I will use, I don't even have any others.<br /> A guest (Rating: 5.00) Review : I love these cookie sheets! Even if the cookies are forgotten during baking, they do not burn. Cookies bake evenly and are always a hit with family & friends. AirBake Cookie Sheets (Rating: 1.00) Review : I have found that this brand of cookie sheets over-browns whatever you bake on it. I've lowered the temperature and left the cookies in for less time, but then I get brown all over, with dough in the middle. My sheets also are covered in dings even though I am very careful with them, and I only use plastic utensils. I now prefer to use generic brand light colored non-stick sheets. Surprised at all the bad reviews... (Rating: 5.00) Review : I am quite surprised to see all the negative reviews for these cookie sheets. I've been using this brand for several years, and have never had anything but great results! As another reviewer mentioned, they are not advertised as being non-stick, so you need to follow a recipes suggestion if it says to grease a pan before-hand. Anyway, I love Air-Bake cookie sheets and would never think of using anything else. Worst cookie sheet you can buy (Rating: 1.00) Review : I hate AirBake cookie sheets. I've been an avid baker for sixteen years, and I can say with all honesty that this is the worst brand I have ever used. I've tried everything to keep my cookies from sticking- from non-stick spray to lathering the sheet in butter, but nothing works. The food will always stick and you will have to pry it off with a spatula. I have also found that with this brand the cookie sheets will have bends, dents, and scrathes after a couple of uses.
