Driven to despair after having been tricked into submission by Oz, two of the pilots go to find Trieze, who challenges one of them to a duel. Meanwhile, Lady Une conspires to destroy the Gundams, apparently unaware of the destruction that could cause. In episode 9, Zechs finds out that the Tallgese mobile suit is so powerful that it is lethal to use. His subordinate, Otto, tested it and was wounded because the suit does not take human limitations into consideration. Zechs believes that this will make it easier to take over the Sank Kingdom, and resolves to fly the machine on his own...
