Just what I wanted! (Rating: 5.00) Review : I'm delighted with my new Le Creuset teakettle. It's sturdy, the handle does Not get hot, the color is brilliant. It is important to read the instruction and fill only to the marked place inside the pot--do not overfill. It makes 1 or 2 cups of tea (no more) and is ideal for that purpose. And it looks just beautiful on my white stove. Also dishwasher safe. Disappointed (Rating: 2.00) Review : I've got this kettle a couple of days ago,and I am returning it already!. It is a beautiful kettle,but,you cannot fill it more than a third of it's capacity,or it'll spit out the water when it's boiling (what is that about?),it drips when you pour the water resulting in a poodle underneath the kettle,and the major reason for me to returning it back is that it gives the water a very funny taste!Pitty,because Le Creuset is a fantastic brand. Genuinely Happy with My Teakettle (Rating: 5.00) Review : i have been looking for a teakettle for a long time. after much research and skepticism, i decided on Le Creuset's Cherry Red teakettle. i fell in love with the design and i had to get it despite having read such bad reviews about it. my advice to anyone getting this teakettle is to spend a little time reading the Directions carefully before using it. it is a little fussy there. no water spilling, smells or scalding IF just follow the directions. i am very happy with my teakettle and i hope you be the judge for yourself. it is after all a lifetime guarantee. |
